The Pomodoro Technique is really working for me.  🍅

I’m able to focus for prescribed chunks of time, and really knock out my work without getting fatigued or distracted.

It makes me feel productive at the end of a work day too (or study session) because I can clearly see how many Pomodoros, or 30-minute segments, I spent putting effort into whatever it is I’m trying to get done, with a built-in “brain break.”
