Motivation to work out seems to be flagging in the last month since the kitties came and I ditched Instagram.
I still want to maintain the habit, but I’m much less consumed with attaining visible results, or even hitting big numbers.
Similarly, I’ve lost just about all interest in meal prepping.
I haven’t decided whether this is really a “good” or “bad” thing, or deserves to be classified as such. For the moment, I just know I haven’t given up on self-improvement, and the nature of my life’s phases are often cyclical.
